Dr. Madhu Mathur is a pediatrician and one of Connecticut’s first certified Obesity Medicine Physicians. A diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine, Dr. Mathur has focused on treating obese children since 2004.

Registered Dietitian

Our dietitian is trained to treat growing children whose needs differ from those of the adult. The dietitian will teach your child nutrition basics such as how to read labels, control portion sizes and navigate difficult food choices.

LMC’s dietitian will develop a sample menu with customized meal plans based on your child’s likes and requirements.
